All orders are accepted by Jubberwacky are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.

Orders can be sent by telephone, email, post or via our website. All items subject to availability, if products are out of stock we will phone to discuss options.

Discrepency

In the unlikely event that you have a discrepency with any of our products please call or email us  immediately. Retain the jar or item and make a note of the batch number – all our products are handmade and may differ slightly from batch to batch.

Payment

Payment is by cheque or credit card basis with order, by  phone, post or web site. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery. We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

Reservation of Title

The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.

We will not divulge any information received to any third party. We are registered with the Data Protection Agency under the Data Protection Act of 1998, which we are fully compliant with.
